Each box is intentionally created to meet specific needs! The distinct focus of each box – whether it's the one-time birth box, nursing box, Bloom Boxes tailored to moms, or Rise Boxes catering to mom, child development, and the parent-child relationship – demonstrates a thoughtful understanding of the unique needs and experiences during different stages of the perinatal and parenting journey.

Our team of perinatal, postpartum, infant, and early childhood experts has carefully selected each product with a deliberate focus on high quality. While the products inside each box vary, our intention is to provide products that not only care for moms but also support child development and enhance the parent-child relationship. We prioritize sourcing from women-owned businesses and strive to incorporate organic and environmentally friendly products whenever possible. This commitment ensures that our offerings are not only thoughtful but also aligned with values of empowerment, sustainability, and nurturing family well-being.

How many items are in each box?

In each Bloom box crafted for moms, you'll find at least five carefully selected items. Meanwhile, our Rise box, designed for both moms and babies/kids, features at least eight items — four chosen with mom in mind and four for the little ones. This thoughtful balance guarantees a holistic and delightful experience for both mom and her precious ones in every box.

For our Sibling boxes, three items are thoughtfully tailored to a child's developmental age and stage. Additionally, our Birth and Nursing boxes are packed with eight essential items to support and nurture moms during these significant phases.

What resources are included with each box?

Every box grants you access to exclusive subscriber resources created by our experts, offering support and guidance on your journey while maximizing the benefits of the products within. Stay tuned for forthcoming extensive resources, including educational courses, which will be made available at an additional charge. We are dedicated to providing a comprehensive and enriching experience to enhance your journey and ensure you have the tools and knowledge you need.

How does a subscription work?

Opting for a yearly subscription ensures you receive four boxes throughout the year. Choose between a Bloom box or Rise box subscription, with deliveries arriving every three months. For Bloom boxes, the contents align with the postpartum phase moms are in. In the first year of Rise boxes, items cater to both postpartum recovery phases and the baby's age. Stay tuned for the release of Rise boxes beyond the first year! These boxes will be tailored to the child's developmental stage through age 6 while continuing to include products that support moms.

Can I cancel my subscription?

We offer two convenient payment options: quarterly billing and yearly billing. If you've already paid for your yearly subscription boxes, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your subscription. However, we trust that you'll enjoy the carefully selected products.

If you opt for the quarterly billing cycle, you have the flexibility to cancel up to one month prior to your next billing date by reaching out to us at contact@bloom-and-rise.com. We strive to provide a hassle-free experience that suits your preferences.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! You have the option to skip one shipment in your subscription by reaching out to us at contact@bloom-and-rise.com. If you choose to pause, please note that if you've paid annually, you will still receive all four boxes in the yearly cycle. If you're on a monthly payment plan, you'll be charged for the quarter following your skipped shipment, and your box will be delivered after payment. We aim to provide flexibility that suits your needs and preferences.

What is the shipping policy?

Shipping is not included in the cost of the boxes, and it will be charged at a flat rate during the checkout process. To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure that your address is up to date. Bloom and Rise cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address due to customer error. Keeping your information current will help us provide you with a seamless and enjoyable experience.

What if my card has insufficient funds?

To avoid any issues, please ensure that your card information is up to date. Bloom and Rise cannot be held responsible for any bank fees resulting from insufficient funds. Please be aware that you will not receive your next box until payment has been successfully processed. Keeping your payment details current ensures a smooth and uninterrupted experience with Bloom and Rise.
